Allow time requests

Showing your availability is great, but sometimes you want your customers not just be limited by the options they see in front of them. Sometimes, you might want to give them the opportunity to request a time that works for them.
Don't worry, this feature does not automatically generate appointments. Instead, it allows customers to propose a date and a time as well as add a little explanation as to why they require this time and you will receive an email giving you the opportunity to approve this time or suggest yet another time.

Yes, sometimes you set your availability and sometimes (whether it is ongoing or adhoc).

But if you would like users to be able to suggest an alternate time for you to approve, you can now do so by going to:

Settings > Allow time requests (toggle) > save changes

On your booking page, once a user has tapped "request another time". they would then see:

You will then get an email and a notification in your Appointments screen asking you to either approve this time or to reschedule it. An invite will only be issued if you accept.
