Why did Upvio book me when I was unavailable?
Upvio respects times that are marked as booked in your synced calendar.
There are a couple of scenarios where there could be a conflict. These include:
- Your calendar is not synced properly
- You added an appointment between Upvio syncs that happen every 15 min
Note: if you add an appointment manually and you would like Upvio to see it straight away simply head to your calendar connections > save
Upvio will then automatically pull in your synced appointments
